Our most important function is to provide owners with quality tenants. We strive to fill vacancies promptly through print and electronic advertising. All available properties are listed on our web site, and they are promoted by a variety of newspaper ads, directional signs, brochures and 'for lease' signs.

Tenants appreciate our quick and capable response to service requests. We offer many in-house skills such as carpentry and repair for electrical, heat, air and plumbing problems. When these problems are solved in-house, our clients save on expensive outside contractor costs.

All clients receive monthly statements that list individual items of income and expense for each property. We also provide year-end summary reports.

The properties under our care are visited on a regular basis by leasing and maintenance personnel. We provide detailed on-site inspection reports for out of town owners. Photographs showing property conditions are also available at an additional charge.
